CareAxis Notes is a clinical documentation workflow and visit-note automation platform. It is not an EMR, EVV, billing system, or substitute for clinical judgment. Draft notes must be reviewed, corrected, and attested by authorized agency staff before final use.
Testing environments are for dummy data only. Production use requires proper configuration, security review, vendor agreements, agency policies, and compliance validation.
