CareAxis Notes collects only the information needed to support agency onboarding, secure portal access, documentation workflow notifications, and platform operations. During testing, use dummy or de-identified data only. Do not upload real patient information until all required business associate agreements, security controls, and agency policies are complete.

SMS notifications are generic portal reminders only and must not include patient names, diagnoses, medications, treatment details, claim details, or clinical documentation.
